CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
We will treat orders within 1-3 working days and you will get the items purchased within 2-5 working days depending on which country we are shipping to. Should any product be out of stock the buyer will be informed as soon as possible.
The prices on the site are retail prices, taxes included; that is Swedish VAT 25%. The prices in Swedish Kronor apply to Swedish customers, the price in Euros to all other customers. All orders placed on the site for delivery outside Sweden may be subjected to taxes and custom duties at the destination point. The buyer is responsible for all such costs. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total.
Card payment We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. The card payment is made via Dibs. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.
Invoice (Klarna) Customers within Sweden have the opportunity to pay by invoice, through our partner Klarna.
An extra fee of 29 SEK is added when you pay by invoice.
We accept orders from those who are aged over 18 years, has a Swedish social security number, no records for payment default, no previous unpaid claims at Klarna. When ordering, you have to use your registered address. We’ll ask you to state the invoice number when you make your payment. You may split your total invoice into partial payments. You may decide how much of the total invoice, you´d like to pay each month.
All your purchases with Klarna will be gathered in one invoice.

Products will be delivered within 2-5 working days depending on destination. Delivery will be handled by either DHL (Sweden) or UPS (outside Sweden). HTKF declines any liability in delivery due to unforseen events caused by postal service or the express carrier. HTKF will not be held responsible for delay caused by unobtained authorizations from credit card companies. In case of loss or damage during delivery the buyer must send a detailed complain to HTKF.
Free shipping on orders over 599,00 SEK (Sweden).
All orders have to be collected. Dhl will notify your delivery in a text message, if you have stated your phone number in the ordering form, or via email.
We will not pay shipping costs or custom fees for uncollected goods. You will also be charged with an extra fee of 200 SEK for non collected goods.
Items can be exchanged within 14 days of the date of shipment by sending them back in perfect condition in their original wrappings along with your original invoice. HTKF will only accept returned items as long as they have not been worn or washed and which are returned with their labels and tags intact. See further under return instructions. Return & Refund
In case of exchange of goods or defective item, credit will be valid after goods has been returned and if the stated conditions are fulfilled.
Returns has to be sent and delivered to our warehouse address - please see below. We do not collect returned goods at any servicepoints; neither recommended letters/parcels. We do not accept Recommended parcels (REK).
Please remember that all costs for returns are yours. Unfortunately we cannot track your returned order, but if you have any queries, we are happy to help you.

The purchase amount is reserved on your account upon purchase.
HTKF will charge your account when delivery of your article is made.
