Conditions of purchase
We will treat orders within 2-4 working days and you will get the items purchased within 2-8 working days. Should any product be out of stock the buyer will be informed as soon as possible. Please observe that our minimum purchase limit is 300SEK/30EUR.
Prices
The prices on the site are retail prices, taxes included; that is Swedish VAT 25%. The prices in Swedish Kronor apply to Swedish customers, the price in Euros to all other customers. All orders placed on the site for delivery outside Sweden may be subjected to taxes and custom duties at the destination point. The buyer is responsible for all such costs. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total.
Delivery
Products will be delivered within 2-8 working days. Delivery will be handled by either postal service or express delivery (DHL). All orders outside of Sweden will be handled by DHL. Please note that the goods have to be signed by you upon delivery. Deliveries to Sweden 49 SEK and within EU 15 EUR. HTKAF declines any liability in delivery due to unforeseen events caused by postal service or the express carrier. HTKAF will not be held responsible for delay caused by unobtained authorizations from credit card companies. In case of loss or damage during delivery the buyer must send a detailed complaint to HTKAF.
Exchange
Items can be exchanged within 14 days of the date of shipment by sending them back in perfect condition in their original wrappings along with your original invoice. HTKAF will only accept returned items as long as they have not been worn or washed and which are returned with their labels and tags intact. See further under return instructions. In case of return, shipping costs are at the customer's expense. See further under return instructions.
Refund
In case of exchange of goods or defective item store credit will be valid after goods has been returned and if the stated conditions are fulfilled.
Card Payments
DIBS - Card payment with VISA and MasterCard
For card payment HTKAF uses DIBS AB as payment processer.
The purchase amount is reserved on your account upon purchase.
HTKAF will charge your account when the delivery of your article is made.
HTKAF does not store or process any of your card details.
